- On the home page, you will see all circles.
- Click your circle/state.

How selection works
1) Merit list from Class 10 marks
India Post prepares the list using Class 10 marks only. Marks can be calculated up to 4 decimal places.
If your board gives grades, then marks are calculated using: Marks = Grade Point × 9.5
A1=10, A2=9, B1=8, B2=7, C1=6, C2=5, D=4 (each multiplied by 9.5).
2) If marks are same
If two candidates have equal marks, then older candidate is given preference first. If still same, then preference is given using the category + gender order mentioned in your details.
3) Document Verification
Shortlisted candidates must attend DV at the divisional head office with all required documents.
4) Final joining
After DV is clear, a provisional engagement letter is given. Then final joining is confirmed after completing required steps.
