PNRD Assam Eligibility Criteria 2026

Age Rule (18 to 40) + Relaxation

Candidate must be between 18 and 40 years. Category relaxation is:

Qualification Needed

PNRD has given different qualification rules for each post. Candidates must also have computer diploma and should be comfortable with mobile apps.

Accredited Engineer

• Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Diploma in Computer Application
• Should know how to use mobile applications

Gram Rozgar Sahayak

• Graduation in any stream with minimum 50% marks
  (Distance degree is accepted only if approved by DEC/UGC/AICTE)
• Diploma in Computer Application (minimum 6 months)
• Should know how to use mobile applications

Computer Assistant

• Graduation in any stream with minimum 50% marks
  (Distance degree valid only if approved by DEC/UGC/AICTE)
• Diploma in Computer Application (minimum 6 months)
• Should know how to use mobile applications

Gram Panchayat Coordinator

• Graduation in any stream with minimum 50% marks
  (Distance degree valid only if approved by DEC/UGC/AICTE)

Language Skill Needed (Extra Condition)

Candidate should know Assamese, and should also be good in English and Hindi, because communication with the Ministry of Rural Development (Govt of India) is part of work.
