The SSC CGL Final Result 2025 has now come, so candidates who were waiting for the last stage can finally check their status. The Tier 1 exam was held in December 2025. After that, Tier 2 was conducted on 18 and 19 January 2026. Once the marks of Section 1 and Section 2 were checked, and qualifying tests like Computer Knowledge Test and Data Entry Speed Test were considered, the final shortlist was prepared. Minimum Qualifying Marks in SSC CGL Tier 2

Apart from the cut-off, SSC has also fixed the basic qualifying marks for different categories.

What Happens After SSC CGL Final Result 2025?

After this result, selected candidates now have to take part in the sliding process. This is a very important step. After that, they have to physically appear for the process at the regional office. If a candidate does not attend, then that person may be treated as absent and can be left out from the final stage. SSC has started this new sliding mechanism to make better use of vacancies. The aim is to reduce unused seats and improve post allocation. The process will be held on these dates:
